There is still time to take part in our GIVE BIG campaign. Your donation will directly impact SPACE 101.1 FM and help us accomplish our goals. This includes:
Expand live music in Magnuson Park: help us grow our live music series Magnuson Park Live to provide even more frequent and varied musical programs in Magnuson Park.
Train youth on radio and audio production: enable us to fund and pilot a weeklong summer camp for high school students and young adults, providing learning opportunities and hands on practice in radio broadcasting.
Keep our broadcast and streaming gear in top shape: offset the cost of repairing some of our broadcast equipment to ensure optimal operation. Plus purchase new equipment for field recording and remote broadcast.
Support of local artists: We play an active role supporting emerging, independent artists and bands from Seattle and the Northwest.
Continued efforts to improve our website: We recently launched our new web site, but we have more work to do. We aim to provide better streaming, more content, and to make available archives of all programs heard on SPACE 101.1 FM for on-demand streaming.
