About the DJ

I have been volunteering for community radio since 2007. A while back I hosted The Juke Joint on KSER Everett for 7 1/2 years. After taking some time off I was lured back to radio when I heard about a low power FM (SPACE 101.1) starting up In Magnuson Park, my neighborhood. Roots Roundup has been on the air since Nov. 2017. When not doing radio shows, you can find me Friday nights at The Shanty Tavern in Lake City where I’ve been the booking agent for a number of years.
